Three weeks in Thailand - a journey full of color, light and encounters. Traveling so far alone for the first time, I found myself on the Thai islands, carried away by the gentleness of the people and the generosity of nature. The yoga retreat on Koh Yao Not in particular left a deep impression. Early in the morning, before the sun had even touched the horizon, we moved in meditative Tai Chi flows by the sea. A moment of complete surrender - my heart wide open, filled with love and connection.
The work "Open your heart" is an ode to this experience. Lively, flowing forms merge into a harmonious whole, inspired by the lush vegetation, the warm light and the endless expanse of the island world. Different elements come together in a powerful dance - so different and yet united in a universal melody. It invites you to pause, to feel what really nourishes you and to find the courage to say "yes" with an open heart.
